Registration Certificate (Original)
Student Identity Card (Original)
Student Identity Card (Photocopy)
Student passport-sized photos
Primary 5 Second Term Report Card (Photocopy)
Primary 6 First Term Report Card (Photocopy)
Primary 6 Second Term Report Card (Photocopy)
Student's Catholic Baptismal Certificate (Photocopy, if applicable)
Proof of residential address in English (for filling out school enrollment forms)
HK $200 deposit for ordering the school uniform
HK $1,200 cash for the Secondary 1 Orientation Camp (held on 25–26 August). (Please prepare the exact amount using two HK $500 notes and two HK $100 notes, as no change will be provided.)
