We are thrilled to announce that Group 10, with their outstanding project on ‘How can the cooked oil be purified?’, has clinched the prestigious Ultimate Best Project Award at the Got Science Talent Competition 2024 held as part of Science Week under the Science Education KLA.
The Ultimate Best Project Award: Group 10
From the 3rd to the 7th of October, the inaugural Science Week unfolded with great fervor, culminating in the final round of the competition. Thirteen groups of finalists from S.1 to S.3, along with nine Science Team groups, showcased their ingenuity and passion for science.
The presentations were a testament to the students' curiosity and dedication. Topics ranged from intriguing experiments like 'Can a gummy bear grow bigger?' and 'Which fruit conducts the most electricity?' to challenging projects such as 'How to build the strongest paper bridge?' and 'How can cooked oil be purified?'.
The Science Team members also dazzled with their innovative topics, delving into subjects like the Barreleye fish, the world of Slime Molds, the Greater Green snake, and more.
